Question by Tammie M: The pool at our new house has 12 jets/fountains going around the outside and we don't know how to turn them on?
The main filter jets works and water comes out of the 4 below the water line but the other jets are above the water line. I am assuming they are there to shoot water into the pool like a fountain.

They are probabbly intakes for the pool vaccum not out puts. Check the filter and see where they join it. Then look for a valve or something like that. If they are fill spouts then there should be a valve somewhere in the housing that the filter is in.
