Can I use pool chemicals in my outdoor fountain?
My husband is very discouraged at the mineral deposits left on our small (1/2 barrel) water fountain. We have a hot tub and are wondering if we can use some of the same chemicals in that fountain to keep it clean. It is not a home for fish or any other living thing so that's not an issue. But there is not a way to circulate the water nor does it have a filter, like our hot tub has. So I don't know if it will work or not. Anyone else know?

There is a great product that you can use called Protec, we sell it on our website for around $10.50 a bottle and it will last you a long time. It is made specifically for mineral deposits and fountains.
