Very pretty, but the wind carries the spray right to the windows of the places next to it. I wonder how they feel about that. Like, you couldn’t even open a window if you felt like it. Likely it’s all air conditioned and an open window is out of the picture entirely. But then you’d have this water dripping down the outside of the windows all the time. Weird.
