Question by pooter: What is a good fountain idea?
Ok I just had a deck built in my backyard, about two feet high. Behind the deck there is a soil patch about 10' by 5'. I want to put some kind of water thing in there but not a pond because that would be too hard to maintain yet not a dinky table top fountain either. Any ideas.

sounds like pondless fountains are gettin' really popular, you would still need a pond liner, a pump, rock to fill and an electrical source near your fountain, or waterfall. There are plenty of sites on the web to help plan yours.
