Question by DtotheC: What's that japanese bamboo water fountain decoration called?
So they pour water into a small cut off piece of bamboo until it fills up. Then when the bamboo cup is filled, it tilts over and pours it out, making a very distinct sound. What is this called? and whats the point of it?
